All i can say about this plant after reading about it on erowid is that ive come to belive it is the most potent hallicinogen on earth. what do you guys know?
i want to learn more about this teacher. truly interesting....

Atropa belladonna (deadly nightshade), which is native to Europe, contains the psychoactive alkaloids atropine, scopolamine, and hyoscyamine.

That sounds like the same stuff you find in Datura, I am NOT now nor EVER getting close to that stuff. Read the tripreports, sound crazy.

ive smoked it a couple of times, which i believe is the safest way to take it.
its interesting, but in no way enjoyable. and it wipes your memory so anything you learn during the experience you forget.
not recomended.
if you have to do it smoke it, small amounts

iv talked to a few people who have tried this a few times.. they say it is the most retarded drug out there, your tripping balls, and dont even realize your tripping.. my buddy, well call him K, drank down a 1.14L of deadly nightshade tea (not realizing that was the dose for 5 people). when he finished it off his buddy yelled at him saying "YOU DIDNT JUST DRINK THAT WHOLE THING DID YOU?!?" sooo yeah, he spent the next 4 days completly phucked in the head, he said he was talking to his walls for about 12 hours, (which after the trip he went back to,(in his room) and when he was tripping he saw faces all over the wall.. which were knots in the wood.) he was told that he was playing in the park like a little child, not knowing what was happening. he says it was an experience, but not one he really remembers.. or enjoyed. (he fell from standing straight up, straight back, on his head) im suprized he didnt die... but yeah, i dont reccommend doing this at ALL. any drug that has a potential of being deadly is a complete waist. especially with all the other drugs that do wonderful an amazing things. things that are enjoyable, and things you remember.

that is because the atropine containing plants, or any alcaloids of the like, are on the dark spectrum of drugs. you can't call them retarded or dumb or stupid. they are just there minding their own businness, when a jakass comes up and wants to trip balls:

datura, and the like, are NOT meant for tripping balls
1 datura and the like, developped a poison so that noone eats them
2 datura and the like have a vary strong spirit force that can turn you upside down. taking Datura is like riding giant waves and ending underwater, if you don't know how to approach it.
3 datura and the like, are wicked teachers, some see your intents right through you and might take you on THEIR fun ride in your brain.
However, if you know what you are doing, and looking for and you know the plant personally (you have grown it) it can help you answer your questions. BUT because it's so powerful it can change you forever, you can become insane or even die. and not because of the dieing risk, but because it loves to dwell on the dark side of your mind i call the datura family plants the dark drugs.

smoking destroys some of the alkaloids, however for a real contact with the spirit of the plant i recommend a brew, tho i don't recommend experiencing with her, unless you really are 100000% sure about what you are doing, and trust me, i realised afterwards that no one is.

if you don't sleep for a few days, you start to hallucinate.
if I hit you on the forhead really hard with this 100% colonized pf jar which is standing next to my keyboard, you would most likely start to hallucinate.

i agree in the difference between delierants and hallucinogens.


though the meaning of the words for this sort of drugs kind of overlap. i mean it is quite possible having hallucinations while being in delerium. for me delerium is "the last stand" of the body and the mind together against a "poison" or somethin like that, that """""""could""""""" end your life. that's why there is indeed a difference between the intake of drugs that can possibly send you into delerium and drugs that most possibly don't do that. also as many people pointed out ++ plants like DATURA will FUCK YOU ++, so be careful, as you are not the one who fucks the plant. the plant fucks you remember that.

so if you ever decide to take deleriants because of the amazing trip like DATURA or similar keep in mind that if you are brought to the edge of insanity by """"""""""""""""""""the spirit of the plant""""""""""""""" , you better let yourself be fucked gently by """""""""""""the plant""""""""""""....

i think deleriants that make you have hallucinations are actually very dangerous. i once heard about an incident where someone who took datura heard voices which would tell him to "cut his own dick off and cook it and then eat it" .................................. that's what he did. lol....

Datura an entheogen?

You only get farther from the truth.... Read some stories about what exactly it is, that usually manifests in people when they use Datura and then look up the meaning of the word entheogen and notice, how that doesn't make any sense in relation to Datura

Datura (depends on which plant) species have different amounts of, and different, alkaloids
there are the ones that kill outright and the ones that indeed, used the right way can give you an entheogenic experience. i have to disagree on your vision guys. for once i hold firmly (stupidly maybe?) to my convintion. tho i have to agree that doing it is VERY dangerous and using delirants is hard to get an entheogenic experience especially if you are not strong enough to keep your wits at bay. i've done datura, i haven't died, i've had quite some teachings, and i can tell you, it can be quite entheogenic and spiritually awesome (as in it creates a state of awe after you realize what happened). it's not fun, or else they wouldn't use it to discipline bad behaving children.
