Hm, the one who made that video debunked a whole lot of other unchristian things: Sitchin, 2012, the "council of Nicea myth", the pyramids on Mars, Zeitgeist addendum, remote viewing... This guy is a professional debunker! Check out his channel:

Proving or disproving the historicity of figures like Jezus Moses, John the Baptist or Socrates is very difficult. All these people are surrounded by mystery.
A couple of years ago there was a hype about a book that claimed Jesus was in fact Jules Caesar

one can see that this guy took his info from the internet etc....

but still, the movie Zeitgeist (especially the first part) is quite some bullshit. They area also telling wrong things about Horus, Persia etc. The stuff about the banks and chips is interesting - the rest is wrong.
