Americas REAL drug problem

All of a sudden the news programs are reporting about the 'nation of addicts' and 'The New Face of Addiction'.

They aren't talking about recreational psychedelics, or meth, or crack...

No, this is rich...they're shocked, apparently, because of all the million and five oxycontin/hydrocodone addicts crawling out of the woodwork everywhere these days, saying it is super expensive to detox them, ~25000$ for two months.

To them, I say; WHAT THE FUCK DID YOU EXPECT?

They're synthetic opiates. Dominator-Supreme...

This is an issue that really speaks to where we are as a culture, as well as where we're heading.

ABC news interviewed a few people on the show I was watching and they all said, basically that since a doctor prescribed these drugs, they thought that the safety was inherent....they trusted these old codgers to actually care.

ABC conveniently left out the part that helps understand why this has become so prevalent, but the fact is that many of these doctors develop relationships with the sales people at the giant pharmaceutical companies, and that these companies are paying kickbacks to doctors ro MOVE THIS SHIT.
These companies lobby doctors the same way that they lobby Congressman Phil N. Thablanc, but since everyone is so damn determined to not see things, this remains a mystery to most people.

And what the doctors don't get, the 'doctor-shoppers' do.
Doctor-shopping is big in the economic porta-potty that is the deep south, usa. I remember 20 years back, people would go (and back then, I was one of them) to Mexico, get a bunch of cheap prescriptions, and walk back, over the rio grande, right into the US at Laredo, TX....but over the years a VERY strange thing has happened; Now you don't have to go to Laredo anymore, just Houston.

These companies have managed to basically make dealing these drugs WAAYYY easier by doing this. Down here where I am, there are 5 million little punks selling this shit EVERYWHERE, evryones addicted to it, at least, those the crack dealers and hate-juice slingers ( bars) didn't get.

SO, once again, if you follow the chain of reasoning, you can see that the dominator philosophy is what is at the root of this.

I am personally about fucking tired of a bunch of greedy fucking hatemasters ruining everything....even that, though, isn't as vexing as trying to wake people up who are asleep.

MY GOD what a challenge, to introduce one of these robots
(and as far as I can tell thats 98% of the populace ) to this mindest without the benefit of psychedelics.
Unfortunately, in my day to day life, this is what I deal with.

Explaining to a 60 year old man WHY it's unethical for salesmen to lobby the congress.

Healthcare hasn't got anything to do with healthcare anymore. I seriously wonder where the fuck someone got the notion pushed through that healtcare should be commercially valid. Or, that profit has to be made in keeping the population healthy. Anyone with 30 minute background in economics (highschool level immediately understands that this kills healtcare and no commercial pharmaceutical company, can have the actual goal of making people better.

Did somebody saw the amount of money the pharmaceutical industry donate to future presidents for there campaign, its fucking outrageous.

And the candidates who promotes the war on drugs the most, gets the biggest piece of the pie. :x and becouse a good well spend campaign will most likely atract the majorty of the voters..The people who look only on the outside of the canditates.. ghee he "looks" like a nice fellow ill think i will vote for him meanwhille its the devil himself..

First thing they need to do is an equal amount of money for all the candidates, to run there campaign. thats the least they can do.

Thats what makes me sick , its the "legal" drugs alcohol , tobaco and prescription drugs that are dangerous and killers . The real killer dealers are the bar owners , tobaco dealers , chemical firms and the governments .

Another thing , if someone here is found to have a little cannabis in their blood because they smoked two weeks ago in a blood test after an acident , the police , courts and the government call it an acident under the influence of drugs !!!!!! But no one talks about the amount of prescription drugs that people involved in acidents have in their blood . A friend of mine got stopped in his car on the way to work because one of his lights was not working . They tested his blood and found cannabis and he had to give up his licence and go to random drug tests for two years . As far as the law is concerned he is not even allowed to ride a bycycle untill he gets his licence back . This means that he spends 2 hours a day more getting to work and back using public transport and has to pay twice as much for the ticket than he used to pay for petrol . Now they are sending him to psychelogical training that costs him 98 Euros an hour !!!!

In Germany we have a legal right to be stoned on any drug and are allowed to be in posession of small amounts of all of them . With cannabis its 6 gramms , but we arent allowed to buy it !?!?!? or grow it !?!?!? and if the pigs find it in your pockets they confiscate it................this is shitsophrenic !!!!

I dont use Emule or torrents or any file sharing programms anymore , the servers are ALL owned by the recordindustry and their spys . They hold you in ques and send you false packets and then you have the chance of being charged with nasty things and pay BIG money ........ because you were in the ques so long and because of that you shared the file with loads of other people !!!!! Its a makaber sick game called entrapment . A bit like locking someone who steals a chewing gum in a shop for a month and then charging him with stealing all the food he had to eat , the water he drunk and the heating he used to survive !!!!!!

torrents are not on servers.. they are peer to peer. I think torrents and soulseek are two relatively save ways to go. and emule does take enormously long, but it always took that long, even before the industry started to do such things.

hm, "where do you live" is just nothing more than a phrase, nothing to take completely literally

Isn't this pathetic? While the goverment is busy making substances illegal that pose Very little no harm or consequences they are busy cramming meth down our youths throat? I'm only 19 and was diagnosed with ADHD when I was around 11-13 and was prescribed some form of Amphetamine, I didn't like the medication at all, it's by all means a mind control drug, not to mention I am, and have really always been an incredibly laid back pacifist. Let me ask the older Psychonauts, 30 years ago how many people were diagnosed with the now overwhelming plague of ADD/ADHD? I say plague because I got $1,000 that says you can't walk in to any credited school in the United States and find a classroom that doesn't have atleast 1 child that is not on some form of amphetamine.

I also just watched Michael Moores Sicko and Wow. I couldn't say before I wasn't proud to be an American but I also couldn't say I was. After seeing this video I wasn't really suprised at all, I've known for many years now that the entire government and the entire country was just ran on money.

Anyways, I lost my train of thought so I'm gonna go check out spice's Immigration thread.

this stupid pain killer problem is hugh in my area (the ghetto), my marijuana dealer just got arrested for selling them... and i found out that he was a big time addict.. wich really sucks cuz i was kinda friends with him.

even in school, in any one class theres gaurenteed to be atleast on kid "chillin on oxys", its ridicouls..

and GOD i completley hear where your comming from with the legal drug problem. my little crackpot theroy is that the government is TRYING to kill america, or atleast make them to stupid to think for themselves, all of the psychoactives that are legal are deffinatly horrible for your health, not to mention fast food... 60% of americans are over weight because of this stupid fast food epedemic.. i can deffinatly see fat bacoming the new tobbacco in the near future. mabey its just the governments way of population control or something, mabey their just trying to fix that baby boomer thing lol

Population control? I doubt it they have the war in Iraq for that. Look at it this way, the FDA approves these drugs even though they are noted to be addictive and potentially dangerous.
So the drugs are FDA approved so now doctors can start prescribing them, the more the prescribe the bigger paychecks they get, and the producing industry get a paycheck. The companies than take the billions made from the population addicted to there new drug to pay off the Goverment to endorse the drugs and keep as many restrictions off of it as possible.

I can´t explain this one perfectly, but let me try.
My sister has worked in autism research for a long time in the US. And what's actually happening there is that kids get diagnosed with some kind of autism spectrum disorder and they get perscription drugs in some cases. The part where it gets bad is where indeed doctors get paid to "promote" certain kinds of medicine.
The part where it gets crazy is they're actually perscribing medicine with mercury in it which actually makes these kinds of problems worse!
