Amanita?

Are these psycadelic amanitas?

Habitat:
Found on a coastal trail in Southern Oregon. Grassy area.

Gills:
White, close together, not attached to stem

Stem:
White, soft, dry. The top of the stem is attached to the cap via parts of the stem "webbing" out. The bottom of the stem is bulbous and dry and white. The entire length of the bulb and stem is about 2.5-3 inches long.

Cap:
Very red, sticky, about 2.5 inches across. It has flakes of creamy white colored flakes that come off easily.

Spore print color:
So far not much of a spore print. Looks yellow but seems to lighten.

Bruising:
No bruising

They sure look like Amanita Muscaria.

Have you ever prepared A. Muscaria? Or experienced this substance?
