I have never done, but I do not think you should try 5 grams with MAO your first time. My friends do 2 grams and MAO and say they are completely blown away. They have experimented with doses such as 8 grams. I would start around 3 grams if you want a very intense experience. peace & love -

Depends on potency. I have taken 5 and have had full blown open eye visuals. But on the other hand I have taken 9 and have only has a body high. I wouldn't take more than 10 though.
