    Cubensis are pretty average in potency, so I would suggest a good old 5 gram dry (50 grams fresh) dose. If you are a bit reluctant to go that deep initially, then perhaps a 3.5 gram dose (35 grams fresh) would be effective.

    Dude, mimosa tea won’t do anything on its own. DMT is metabolised by MAO before it can cross the blood brain barrier and have an effect. You need an MAOI to activate DMT orally; otherwise you should try an extraction.
