    I don't want to pretend I'm a doctor, but I'd say that if you're used to SSRI's, don't stop taking them for an acid trip. Relatively low levels of serotonin + LSD can give bad experiences (like taking LSD short after an MDMA binge). Just my 2 cents....

    Really? My opinion is more vice versa, LSD is more fun and less serious than mushrooms. I have also felt that with LSD it's easier to avoid the self confrontation. But I would advice mushrooms to a first timer, because the trip is shorter and less hedonistic than LSD.
