Yeilds?

I just scored 3 of my plants and scraped them but only got about a bee bee sized ball, is that normal? If it's not I'm gonna stick all of them in a vise and squeeze the shit out of them!
I guess I'm wondering what an 'average' yeild is?

To be able to identify the correct plant is difficult. Mine have flower petals that run from white to red at the tip. The center seed pod will be a bright light green. Other than that I have no idea, I bought my seeds from a local flower shop. Growing poppies in America is legal; however as soon as you score them you are a criminal... Americas "war on drugs" eats ass.
