synthesizing ethlylamphetamine and propylamphetamine

I was just wondering if there are any peeps on here who know how synthesize the above chemicals.ethylamphetamine is class c and you cant be arrested for posssessing it.propylamphetamine isnt covered by the misue of drugs act.could i just substitute ethylamine and proplyamine for the synthesis of methamphetamine via p2p and methylamine?TIA.
