Strange sensations in coming-up

Since my last operation in my nose I experience unpleasant sensations when I am coming up. It mainly consists of a high pressure on the bones of my face, and also feeling some bones are moving sometimes. And I always have this image of a doctor doing something with my nose while he is pressing on my face with his arm or something. It is actually pretty annoying, and wonder if it could get more intense with a higher dose as I am planning to take something between 5 and 7 grams soon.

BTW do you think it is hazardous to take mushrooms without knowing how much you are taking? Cause I don't have a balance and just plan to take what seems to be about 6 grams. And also be aware of the fact that it is going to be my first heroic dose, before that my highest dose was 2.5g-3g of dried shrooms in lemon juice.

you could try washing out your nose and sinus with warn, slightly salty water. pour it up your nose with a tea pot or improvise. you probably have inflamed sinus membranes. find a way to pour it up your nostril and either let it run out of the other, or into the back of your mouth from where you can spit it out. or you could take some pseudoephedrine/ ephedrine though thay may make you anxious.
the warm salt water works well. you may want to avoid milk products for a day before as they make some people produce mucus.
taking too many shrooms may give you the shits :wink:

That sounds like a pretty normal reaction to shrooms. They tend to fu*ck with your mind right from the start, so please don't mind anything like that

No seriously, if you had any important things going on (like that nose thing) you can't expect to be spared of it in a shroom trip. The trip usually picks up anything you forget about and displace. That's usually the main point of a trip: it turns your memory inside out, and usually without you noticing that anything is turned inside out..

If you can't handle it, then you can't take a shroom trip. Sounds harsh, but that's just how it is
