The first thing I said when I saw the photo was 'Aww.. poor baby.' 
You might be able to extract Salv. A from a bit of the leaf, or chew it. I'd just be cautious. You could always plant some new Salvia and grow it in an area away from that type of stuff. Be careful with what you spray it with. I don't know much about growing Salvia, sadly.
