Is it advisable to use Sint-Janskruid for a period longer then 3months?

i posted something about it on www.psychedelic.be

and there they say you shouldn't use it for longer then three months

i just bought 200g of this herb, and i really would like to know

sombody from the azarius crew? is this true?

already did, they don't have St-Jans herb ik their herbssection,I've sent them a mail about it

ok, I found it on erowid, had to look under the english name, thats St-johns wort

but al it sais there is:
USES :
Used in the treatment of pain, anxiety, tension, irritability, and depression. Helps even out menopausal changes. Can help ease rheumatic pain. In a lotion, it speeds the healing of wounds, bruises, and mild burns.


CONSTITUENTS :
Glycosides including rutin; volatile oil; tannin; resin; pectin.
