Hello, i'm Christian, 26 years and from Holland. I would like to share some philosofie/statements and experiences about ayahuasca.
I always thought that ayahuasca could only be used under the supervision of a shaman(s). I found out that that (for me) is not true. There are several retreats in Holland, wich i won't mention.
When there, i was given (cheap shitty made) Syrian Rue (peganum hamala) and Jurema (Mimosa Hostilis), I was told that there would be no difference between anahuasca, and the original ayahuasca... only for "finetasters"// if i give the right word for that, i dunno, i'm from Holland. I found out, after research that this is not correct. And as result i tried Caapi, with cabrerana afterwords. The difference for me was huge. It gave me a much much more spiritual experience wich i'll discribe later.
My expectation was that within a setting with more people, and (fake) shamans, would be better> They said that if i would use it one my one, there would be a chance for a "bad" trip.
In reflect, i payd 275 euro's, and walked away the next day dissapointly. Why? Expensive, cheap shitty made brew, fake ''shamans'', and among people who i did not knew, (in tripping world that could be of importance i am off the opinion) > making all kinds of weird sounds
aranoid:, and bad music. When i used the caapi and with cabrerana on my one, at home, prepared well (i guess) i had the most religious experience of my life! Not that i believe in religion, but anyway, it give me so much. All the answers i needed. All of the stuff i was troubled with, vanished. Very constructive experience i had... i got lifted from my matras, and was in awe of seeing a special formed light for at least 3 minutes. (death experience?) (and the insights i had.... after that! Mie God. Very thankfull for that indeed 8)) Saw very intellectual beings afterwards as well. I could hear the plant speaking through me, it seamed to be a male voice) I am really motivated to continue with this usage of aya.:nod: What are your opinions about above findings? What are the lessons aya tought you? How do you intergrate these visions? Thanx for reading!
