Hi guys, :grin:
I've got this problem:
The mushrooms on my grow kit are growing slowly. They started to grow 25 days after I started the process ( shouldn't it be 10? ).
In the morning I leave for work, and when I get home, i can tell the diference, they are a bit bigger, but 1 week as passed and they are still small, the biggest is 1 inch tall, and there are only 8 visible mushrooms.
Plus, the first born, when it came to about half an inch tall, he stoped growing, and started to dry. I pulled it out. In the autopsy, I noticed the external layer was completly dried, the next layer was thin and green, or dark green, in the inside it was white.
So why are they growing so slowly? And why did they started to grow so late?
And what about the dead mushroom? Was it some kind of infection? If so should I throw the kit away and start with a new one?
I don't wanna go paranoid on my trip, thinking the mushrooms might be infected... :iconhead:
