scales or scars

Hi there

Im a little worried about my baby pedro. It has been developing weird spots. I am not familiar with any kind of plant pest, but it is clear to me something is going on. I attached some close-ups of the whatever they are. Keep in mind these are greatly magnified, as my cactus is only 5 cm tall. I cannot remember damaging my cactus so that kinda rules out scar tissue, but maybe there is another cause. Help is greatly appreciated!

Cactus zits.

Plants aint perfect, they get blemishes and imperfections too.
