Alright, i read a lot about salvia divonorium and it's sound really intresting. If i read the experiences of others, it's sounds like there not just tripping but just experience a out body experience. I never used salvia, but i've had a lot of out of body experiences. And this sympthoms are really just the same as you have with a out of body experience.

A lot of people think that a out of body experience means that you go out of you body, but in fact. This is not true at all. There are a lot of dimensions, and you just enter these with you energy body. One of the first dimensions people experience most of the time while they experience a out body experience is seeing just this world, but then from out of there body. But when they practice this experiences frequently, it's possible to enter other dimensions. And see the same worlds or in fact dimensions, what people do see with salvia divonorium.

I've read a few reports where people explained that there had a feeling, like there where falling out trough caughes etc. And that there body feels like you if it's a sleep. And these are same sympthomes what you experience with out of body experiences.

So i`m planning to try salvia this month, and i will report if it's the same experiences, as what i'l have with my out of body experiences. If people are also intrested in out of body experiences, i suggest to visit this website: http://www.anarchoinfinito.nl and look for a ebook that's called "Astral Dynamics" it's a really good book where they explain how to experience a out of body experience without salvia or other drugs. It's really detailed about this subject and this book is free!

And i think this is the reason why people experience salvia totally different then other hallucigenic stuff. Because this shit is real.

Greets,
Mysticwarrior.

Ohw, and what i was forgotten to say. It's that a lot of people forgetting a lot of there out of body experience, just like people forget what they experience while using salvia.

Thx for the link, never knew humanity were able to do this :)

If salvia really cause a out of body experience, then a little bit of practicing is a lot cheaper :P A lot of people don't know that this things are possible.

By now, i have read today allot of story's about people who claim to had salvia trips. I`m gonna buy really soon salvia, because i really wanting to experience this myself, because from what i have read, i`m really convinced that it's really a out of body experience.

Someone just posted this: http://www.psychonaut.com/index.php?opt ... 21&lang=nl
This morning I smoked some "regular" strength salvia, and near the end of the experience, the visuals kind of faded to black. Then I opened my eyes, (or at least I thought I did), and it was still black. I didn't panic, but I as aware of who I was and my surroundings and that I'd smoked Salvia, so it was very scary to think that maybe I'd gone blind. I told myself to let the song I was listening to, finish, and after about 20 seconds, I opened my eyes again, and I was back in my room.

What this guy could have experienced is what they call in official terms the "void". A dimension between some dimension where nothing's is to see. i also read a few trips where people did hear voices, these are also things what happens while experience a out of body experience. I constantly read about people telling that everythings looks so real etc etc. It looks like salvia is a kind of shortcut for experiencing OBE(out of body experience). Why would it be so different compare to other hallucigenss?

If you read about the shaman indians in mexico, they just did it because they
wanted to enter the spirit world, or with other therms experiencing a obe. Where you also can meet other spirits. I know it sounds weard, butt......

I think that what you say could be true. I do forget all my salvia trips whenever I take enough for a real trip. But what I can remember from all my trips is that I become part of my environment. Like I look at the wall, and it's like I'm part of the wall, or the wall is part of me. Last time I was in a room with 5 persons, I was sitting on a bed next to a good friend, and after taking a decent puff I looked towards him, and suddenly my body became part of the bed, and the bed became part of my friend, so it was like me and my friend were sharing our bodies... was pretty confusing :S

I always was very curious about OBE's and always wanted to experience it. Please report after taking salvia if it really induces an OBE, cause maybe then I'll experiment more with salvia :P

I've only been smoking Salvia for about 2 months now and I've had at least 5 or 6 out-of-body experiences. I've had 2 or 3 with 20X extract, but now it's even possible with one great hit of "regular" strength leaf out of a bong.

Every week or two the experiences seem to change quite a bit AND they get WAY more intense. I usually either can't remember what happened or simply can't describe it other than maybe a few small details. The last OBE I had was 2 days ago, . . I only remember being something (or a part of something), that was watching the "me" from this reality. I think I WAS the land, the sky and the house that I live in.

What a simply amazing and beautiful plant.

I see this as the action that salvia produces indefinitely; to transcend your consciousness away from your body and into the physicality of another entity, perceived to be alive or not.

For as I see it, all energy and thus physical matter has its own consciousness and personality, or a facet of the constant; just as humans, animals and so on have. The only difference is mere scale and perception. This is why people perceive communication with entities and such during psychedelic trips. It is merely your disembodied mind’s communication through the language of creation with the essences of atoms, molecules, chairs, tables and seemingly inanimate or lifeless objects. This may not even manifest as a vision, it could be a sound or any manner of perception, human or not. Its synesthesia at this point where material perception does not have lease.

One idea I have had it to smoke saliva (if I can ever get my hands on some) whilst in physical contact with a plant, preferably a cannabis or salvia individual and attempt to transgress into them my essence and experience the world as does a plant; for which I see as existing within hyperspace consciously, and consistently, in order to regulate the billions of reactions and procedures occurring within the plants body.
Has anyone done this already?

We as Humans have no need for this ever-present connection with the infinite and have thus been shrouded in the falsity of the ego for carnivorous purposes in order to survive. Plants however operate on some facet of the baseline of reality; outside the confined realms of physical perception.
I will use Terrance McKenna’s explanation of his first DMT experience as an example: throughout it he described communication with beings, translating cosmic information with him and ‘jumping in and out of his chest’. These entities are the oxygen he is breathing, translating itself into energy of some description and then expelled as carbon dioxide (however unaware of this he is at the time). He is experiencing this ‘conversation’ with them within hyperspace and to some extent free from his earthly perceptions. This is a glimpse at how I see plants and all seemingly lifeless matter to operate within and outside ‘normal’ measures of experience.

Do you see what I’m getting at here? It is in essence correct to label the salvia experience as an OBE but the destination and accommodation of your ‘soul’ during a salvia experience is based on both the person’s understanding of and willingness to go further. It’s still based to some extent on your ego because of the present connection to your body as with all psychedelics yet with salvia, we are given the opportunity to venture outside our bodies and experience the world as many other facets of life do on an infinite basis; and were able to return.

Peace.

That sounds verry intresting, so with stuff like DMT you can get also these experiences?

Once in a while i'll experiment with OBE's, but not with any plant or substance. I just reduce this, by concentrating on my energy body. And from my view, it's just experiencing the quantum universe. A few days ago, I saw a movie called "What the bleep do we know" www.whatthebleep.com. I suggest, you really have to watch this movie. It's explain a lot about the cosmos etc.

But right now, i'll wanting to experience if there is a differents between a OBE what i'll reduce at my own or using salvia extract or some leafs. So i`m really curious :)

Ohw and uh Psychoid, i'll think is already time to experiment some more with salvia, maybe i will meet you at the other site :D

A problem with many salvia users and also people who try to induce a out of body experience, is that they can not recall there memory's. I also had this problem in the beginning. So when i`m gonna have my salvia trip. I will look if it's the same and if thats the situation, then i'm whiling to write a small article about recaling your memory. It will be dutch, so someone has to translate it for me :) Or you guys wanting to read my crappy english :D And now it's time for some great coffee ;)

Hey mysticwarrior, I'm glad you joined the forum! I myself am very interested in OBE's, have read a lot about them and want to experience it myself (without the use of plants). I'm slowly working on that.

I've downloaded the book you referenced and will read it.
I've seen What the bleep do we know a while ago. It's indeed a very interesting movie!

I'm very interested in your findings with salvia. When are you going to use it?
