I think salvinorin-a is not degraded by MAO, therefore MAOIs will not enhance effects... But perhaps it will add something interesting to the experience (some report MAOI-cannabis combinations to be interesting, for comparison).
I have no idea if it can be dangerous though. Kappa-opioid agonists are very weird and not too well understood.
