Salvia Dosage

Hi , first i want to tell you that i dont speack english verry well .. so try to understand wath i write lol ..
Ok , last month , i buy 1 gram of 10x , we were 3 and we all smoke 2 cup in a water pipe with a butane lighter, results ? .. for the 2 other : nothing .. but for me it was different , i started to see wave in the wall (like lsd effect) after 30 seconde i decide to close me eyes and i feeled something who was aspiring(dont know if its like that in english lol) me but i was affraid and i open my eyes and all the effect was gone .
Some person tell me that if i didnt open my eyes and didnt be affraid it will work .
Yesterday , i bought 4 gramm of dried salvia (not X type salvia) some persons tell me that i have to take 1 gram to go to the level 4 or 5 and other 0.5 gramm .. so can someone tell me how much do i have to take ?

As I have used both in various ways and since you seem to have a handle on the extracts...you will probably have better results with the extracts...unless you can grow your own fresh leaf supply.

Thanks ! I found a shop last where they sell salvia divinorum plant .. I will go buy 1 this week. Did someone have some tricks to grow salvia?
