Is it possible to buy luminous paintings or psy art in India? I know its available in Kasauli but anywhere in Bangalore/Pune/Bombay?

I've seen some in Anjuna, Goa, probably your best bet, make sure to go there in season, you probably won't get much in monsoon. I also saw one shop in Pushkar which sold them, not exactly in the area you were talking about, but it is worth a visit.
that being said, most of the paintings were terribly cliché, as in gnomes jumping over fly agarics, elves and stuff like that.
