Oral dose of freebase dmt

hey, i know that with NN-DMT the reccommended dose for smoking is around 50mg, and with 5-MeO is around 20.. whats the reccommended dose for oral of a mixture of NN-DMT and 5-MeO?

im going to be using caapi (iv never actually used caapi before, i usually use rue.. but was told caapi is the heart of dmt.) that in mind, what is the equivalent of 3G of rue? or is caapi just as strong? (mao-i wise)

dosage of oral freebase nn-dmt is generally 80-200mg ... SWIM took 200mg first time with 2,2g syrian rue and it was very good powerful trip

the dosage of caapi seems to be from 30-60g, so you need much more (10-20 times more than rue)
