Have a sitter..and start at a low dose and work your way up.

Now ya see thats good advice...if you dont have a sitter, cause you trust no one but yourself...make sure you use your extract wisely and dont do too much at once. One full bong hit held for thirty to fortyfive sec. will have you spinning into the arms of lady Salvia but dont worry she'll only hold ya for the next few minutes...until the next hit... /forum/images/graemlins/shocked.gif
