new to salvia

I was wondering how and/or if to take Salvia Divinorum. I have never really done any type of drugs before(except mariuhanilla, leonotis sibericus). I have recieved 28 g of dried leaf

take a gram or two, put it in a water pipe (bong) and take the biggest hit you can, hold it for at least 30 seconds, exhale. If you still know what you are doing, take another one. Make sure you are sitting down or something, don't fall down and hurt yourself
