I like the notion that, possibly, information and reality are intimately connected. (You might even say that some hints of this were already surfacing with the introduction of entropy in thermodynamics more than a century ago.)

information travels faster than light. there is a realtime comunication devise in there somewhere if someone can entangle enough electrons/atoms/molecules.
would be handy for interplanetary or interstellar voyaging.
gives a new meaning to the saying "give us a bell" (Bells theorum)
