So what' s the deal? I hear that I am allowerd 5 plants, some say 3, some say none. Does anyone know for sure?

So I found that possession of five plants is considered for own use and legal action will not be taken.

Also, I suspect, I will not loose my house for 5 plants or less.

Only problem with 5 plants is, that if you want to experiment, cross plants etc...you will ALWAYS have more than 5 plants including your seedlings etc..

I think if you have like 10 plants they still won't do a thing... There are tons of people growing weed (and lot's of it), so the authorities don't have enough time and people to arrest everyone. So they won't be bothered to take any legal actions against someone with just a couple of more plants than 5...

I now have 2 plants in my house, but I was planning on getting alot more 8)

As long as Nuon doesn't see some enery leaking to your place and the neighbours aren't complaining about the new coffeeshop next to them, you'll be alright I guess. :)

Yes I will be allright but no thanks...

Been there, long time ago, I grew a lot more plants than allowed. I lived in a constant state of paranoia during that grow, never want to do THAT again. If I stay within the margins, I dont have to be afraid of a visit of the men in blue. Even if they come, consequences will be minimal.

So thats why I wanted to know ;)

5 is not much, even here in switzerland we can have 9, which isn't much when you consider sea of green techniques ;o)

Hmm I dont understand that, isnt sea of green a tek to get as much yield possible with a small number of plants? Maybe I misunderstood ;)

Personally, I'm going with three plants lst (low stres trajning)

i think indoor growing is illegal though ?
afaik only outdoor growing of <6 plants is allowed..
because the lights and stuff would be 'professional'

also.. if youre renting a house/appartement, you can basicly always get kicked out for growing it. there are only a few house-owners who allow it.

4 plant is allowed (wel "gedoogd") but not if you use artifical lighting this is alway illegal. 4 plants in your garden is legal (again "gedoogd") but if you neighbours are complaining they can remove the plant without any problem.

Screen of Green is probably what you're thinking. Sea of Green is, just as the name implies, a big number of small plants, producing a short, stunted sea of leaves and bud. Every plant is pretty much like a lollipop, a tiny nugget of happiness on a stick, but on the plus side you can more plants in a smaller space and the vegetative period will be very short.

Right I'm gonna bug you guys some more ;)

Found this link.

It does not say that artificial light is persé illegal. What it does say, is that artificial light is a way to determine if you are a professional grower or not.

If I evaluate my setup using these guidelines, this tells me that I am a homegrower growing for personal use making use of some techniquest that are used in professional growth as well.

Very nice, my paranoia has been dissolved. As long as I stick to 5 plants or less, dont vent to outside (i'm venting to an unused bedroom lol), dont add co2, I think I will be ok.
