Need advice on first time ayahu

Maybe its because i and all the people i`ve ever taken it with dont eat shit . I`ve also never had any problems with natural MAOIs and i`ve never heard of anyone who has . The storys might come from chemical / medicinal MAOIs . I`ve never heard of any tests being done with natural ones .

So in reference to Jesus,, when I strain... I'm picture the liquid amount after many times of straining will be a lot??-

Now from the video... how do I shink the liquid to a drinkable amount?- do I let it evaporate from simmering?? do I drink all the strained liquid??

You gotta read my post!! You will fill a pot, about 2 liters, maybe more, and put your product(ss) in there. you will heat it to just under boiling. After 30 minutes to an hour, strain again, the liquid will slowly go down... after about 3-5 strains, you will only have liquid.

With this liquid you will have 1.5-2 liters still.

you have to let it "simmer" (very hot but below boiliing... not the simmer setting!!!!) for up to 12 hours!!!!!!!!

Make sure you check it hourly. Once it gets to a thick liquid stop heating. You want a drinkable amount. Just make it go down to what you can drink in a sitting!
