High ,
The colonised rye lays under the casing. These days are used as a kind of pre casing days (or as after colonisation days).
The mycelium has to grow through the casing layer. WHen mycelium is to be seen on the casing layer, and in one casing it is already, it is time to take the foil away and let light and humidity do the rest.
When mycelium has coverd the casing I will add a pic of it on this board. Just wait for some more days.
