just wondering

the mushrooms have started to grow
but the bottom is coverd in blue(not the mushrooms)
i was just wondering if thats normal

when the mushrooms (inclujding mycelium) get hurt, they become blue , there are also blue contaminations , but in most cases the blueing is due to bruising

then how will i know if its safe to eat the mushrooms

when you hurt it, it turns blue
does it turns blue because you hurted it ?
or is it a contamination ?
don t move your box and see if the blue expands , if so , you ll know that s some comtams

the blue turned into a grey that isnt a good sign is it?

Have you already had a flush with your kit?? My kits usually turn blue, then to grey after they have been flushed.

If not..and it's growin'..it's contaminated.

well you see when i first saw blue i picked it all out with my nails then the blue returned then alot of it disapeared and what didnt is now dark grey its mainly one spot
so you think its contaminated?
maybe me pulling the blue stuff out at first made it like after a first flush and made it turn blue and grey more

just know that once contamination is in the place , it will never get out by itself

That doesn't look like a contamination..but if it spreads, then I'm incorrect.
