Hot to get into contact with customer support?

Hi!
I´m having problems getting into contact with customer support.
I have emailed and used the Question form, but to no avail.
Since i payed for my order almost three week ago and
shipping is said to take 3-4 days inside Europe, I am beginning
to get a bit restless over here.

Should I consider my 160euro lost or is there
still hope for some SUMMER FUNgi?

I dont know how did you order, and how did you pay for your shrooms...but belive me..i had BIG problems with my post but Azarius was GREAT frind in my problems...so belive me Azarius is not tu blame...
