1. To avoid diseases like hepatitis and Typhoid, eat 5 basil leaves everyday.

2. For tooth ache, keep a clove on the affected area.

3. Have a mixture of gingelly oil and egg, for 3 days, for menstrual disorders.

4. You will get a great relief from menstrual pain , if you have a gooseberry daily.

5. Boil the leaf of Malabar nut, squeeze its juice and add egg white. It subsides cough.

6. Eat the powder of dried ginger and cumin with sugar for relief from cough.

7. Have the mixture of mustard paste and honey for good relief from cough.

8. For a good relief from cough, mix equal quantities of basil juice, honey and ajwain juice and drink on an empty stomach.

9. Are you suffering from urinary infection? Drink a glassful of water with a pinch of cardamom powder.

10. Have a mixture of lemon juice and honey when you are suffering from cold.

To stay health and fit, you just need to act on some basic things. As to have some healthy diet plan like eatinf fresh vegetables fruits and juices. Eat well and in time. Do some regular morning walk, exercise and play some outdoor games. As i use to all these activities from last few years.

Avoid from spicy food and oily things
Eat more fresh fruits and raw vegetables

Exercising regularly, drinking plenty of water and eating healthily are going to help your health in the long run. I think the philosophy of Chinese medicine is important in that it is about prevention as opposed to treatment.
 
Yeah you are right that plenty of water and juicy fit the health but mostly physical activities maintain the health more then the water and many other juices...
1.Swimming is more important to maintain the health.
2.Drink carrot juice is superb for health.
 
exactly you are right with your valuable health tips but an addition of regular work out for a duration may turn out to be best for you as well.. habe a fit and fine living....
 
According to me, for having better health one needs to consider some important things. These include---
1. Eat nutritious foods and drink plenty of water
2. Perform different exercises
3. Have sound sleep
4. Don't feel stress
