I always wanted to open such a thread. now I'm finally doing it
often when I found something I wanted to share it with somebody else. I think this is a good place.

you can post any kind of art by any artist here. alex grey, magritte, unkown persons from the internet, anybody.


I'm gonna start with some all-time favourites of mine.

I really love this photo. don't ask me why, I don't know. of all photos I've seen in my lifetime so far, this one got really stuck in my head
the problem is, I know absolutely nothing about it, who made it, where, when, and so forth. anyway, here it is:

Well it is kinda sorta hearsay, but this old hippie, Peter ten Hoopen wrote a book about LSD in holland (he was a big part of the reasons the use exploded) and he was one of them (describes it in his book 'King Acid', don't know if it's translated). They only gave it to him, didn't see him ingest. Noticed that his work was worse afterwards. But it could be a projection of their disappointment for not tripping with Dali.

Great stuff in here, as I expected.

This is one of my favorites, I kind of expected it in here already, but ah well.
