hello everybody swim is new to anything more psychadelic then cannabis.
swim have tried mushrooms once before and a small amount of salvia mixed with bud
swim used grand daddy purple to mix. (indica strain) and 20x salvia
prep:
turned off all the lights, turned off cellphone, lit one candle in the room.
one bowl of 70/30 bud/salvia mix
then a bowl of 40/60 bud/salvia mix
smoked from a bong
experience:
immediately perception of my surroundings felt like i was turning. not out of control but just the feeling of being pulled in a circle motion. swim laid on the bed and closed his eyes and there were a little bit of CEV's, although swim has never experienced and CEV, they were not vivid like real imagery but rather just lines of light forming shapes of objects (is that a good description of true CEV or has swim not even reached that stage ?)
no ego death experienced but swim felt that he was being pulled into another world mentally and he wanted to cross over but could not. most of these feelings were just after the first bowl. swim loaded the second bowl to try to achieve mild ego death but it did not do anything except introduce a new sensation of somebody walking around on my bed as i was laying there.
swim doesnt remember too much from the closed eye visuals only that there was almost a "guide" showing him through his problems and worries.
thoughts:
swim went into this with a spirituality type of expectation for the journey. he feels he was disappointed in that part but this definitely was not a negative experience. in terms of exploring his mind, he was thinking about taking lady salvia alone instead of mixing with bud, or possibly using a sativa instead would create a different effect? swim also has a vaporizer, what temperature would be effect? is 200c good enough to get an effect from salvia?
