Equipment/Chemicals

So after doing lots of reading and researching I think I'm ready to start obtaining chemicals, glassware, and other equipment. I was going to order them off of the internet from a website http://www.sciencecompany.com/, but I remember reading somewhere than any purchase of equipment over a certain amount has to be reported to the DEA.
Anyways, what I am getting at is does anyone have any suggestions in obtaining equipment under the radar other than not trying to buy watched chemicals, or have any good sites? I know a lot of you won't respond even though your input is valued, so please respond!

Also, any suggestions for what types of clamps and what sizes are the most universal? 19/22 seems to be the one most sold, thanks.
