hey, thanks for this! i didn't know much about the kogis, they are really amazing. i'm completely stunned. i have in my house one of those poporos, my mom got it years ago. it's rock solid.

i have actually gone to the tayrona park and it's amazing, the beaches there are the most beautiful i've ever seen. i didn't go up to ciudad perdida because my friends and i were tired because there's a 40 minute hike to get to the beaches and then to get to the city (they showed it in the docu from a helicopter shot) you have to hike for like half a day.

edit: those poporos are recipients for holding calcium oxide which they get with those sticks to put it in their mouth to react with the coca leaves
