Personaly i think its more wide and flat than high .

If it hits you its going to hit you hard , propell you out of this world into a saliva reality . Do it lieing down and if possible when someone else is there .

personally the strongest extract i've ever tried has been 1 good bowl hit of 80x salvia and it was pretty trippy.

i've had 5-50x on about a dozen separate occassions and found the experience equally surreal.

for some odd reason i don't find salvia intense at all while most ppl i know do. uncomfortable, yes...but bad trip?...no, not once.

after trying salvia i truly believe that everyone reacts differently to psychoactives. in my experience it seems that it's either a love or hate for most. i don't mind it every now and then.

First off, I would like to say that these places selling extracts like 80X or 50X are complete bullshit. That is so concentrated that I don't even think they can fit that on a leaf. At least in my experience these places are bullshit; a shop in my town sold 40X and it was no stronger than the 20X that they sold

As for how intense the Salvia is; well try it. If you don't have any mental issues, you should be fine. Salvia is not really a 'high', it is more less so bizarre that it is almost impossible to explain. Some of my lighter experiences are more easier to explain. It was almost as if the gravity of of the world changed from coming from above to coming from my left. I have also merged with things like music. One time I took a hit of Salvia at my friends and we were at his computer; I became the music and was traveling the path from the speaker into my ear. Sounds amazing, but was more less very very bizarre. As for my recent experience, I cannot put it into words as it was way to bizarre. If you get good Salvia, don't be dumb with it as it is very strong. The two friends I did it with were a little shocked from how intense there experience was and they are pretty experience explorers of their mind, so please be careful.

i was once part of a pattern that emanated from the corner of my fire surround. if i remember correctly gravity was at 90deg to my right and i had an expanding ball of cold fire blue fire growing inside my chest. it was one of those "almost" moments where you think a huge mystery will become clear but it doesnt get there. that was 40x extract

May I also add that when these bizarre experience are happening, they are mostly not scary, at least in my experience. When I became the music, I had not other emotion that I could express other than to laugh my ass off. Some of these experiences are so bizarre that you have no choice to laugh. I remember watching a video in which the speaker was saying that Maztecs who used Salvia for thousands of years said they the 'spirit of Salvia' or 'Lady Salvia' does not like it when you laugh. She also like to stay moist and cooler, so smoking dried leafs would not be the best way of ingestion is you wanted to abide by the Maztecs ways.

i mostly agree with user, but the more you smoke it, it seems like your immunity to the plant goes WAY down. i was a regular salvia smoker for almost a year, then one day...... lets just say i went to a persons house whom i did not know, and "showed them how to take a hit". worst mistake of my life. i put in maybe .1-.2 of 20X, sucked the whole thing in (eyes were watering there was so much smoke) held it in untill i was in salvia world. i do not remember exhailing, the whole room was sucking me into the walls. (i thought this person had some sort of security system installed in his house) so as i was being sucked into the walls (i was actually crawling on the floor yelling what the fuck) i thought i was being suffocated from inhailing the colours in the walls. my face went pure white, my body was DRENCHED in sweat, and it felt like 1000000 needles were coming out of all my poors. (did NOT feel good) i sumhow made it to this mountain, climbed up, and didnt move an inch for a good 3 minuites, because i thought if i physically wasnt moving, maybe this was all in my head. worst trip of my life. (even worse then the time i was on syrian rue + unbelievably potent HBWR seeds where i thought i was cliniclly insane, where my life was just a dream and if i were to wake up id end up in a mental institution as a crazy person, whos only goal in life is not to kill himself.

OMG!! I love how someone else has fucking felt like that. I was tripping and just out in the universe of my mind and I felt that I knew the answers to everything... not that I could write down or explain what those answers were.. but I just knew them in my mind...

It was a really crazy experience. High dosed mushrooms + Dark Side of the Moon... "us and them" was probably playing at the time.

I know this is about salvia but i just had to say something about this as soon as i read it
