the government made the law so that there ccould be more engergie put in arresting dealers and drugskartels, instead of having lot of users in jail. In latin/Amerika are now three countries where there is a regulation for the use of some drugs, Mexico, Colombia and Argentina. Brazil and Equador are still working on legalising some drugs.
