I don't know how you could ever prove such a thing, but consider that the number of shipments worldwide are astronomical in number.

OP: not typically. doesn't mean that they cant or wont, but not typically.

if a site starts to sell ALOT of something, it can definitely raise a red flag though, but generally they only bring the hammer down on the company, not the customer, to the extent of my knowledge. bouncingbear for example...
