Countries w/ Legal Entheogens

I'm curious whether there are countries which have legalized certain entheogens that most of outlawed (like LSD). I know the Netherlands has a better drug policy compared to most, but are there other places too?

Also, if you bought a private island out in international waters would there be anyone who would try to stop you from setting up a drug paradise?

At least I can order and grow San Pedro cacti legally in Germany, that's okay. I mean I'm not allowed to cut them for consumption... but well...

I can also buy material for growing mushrooms, even mycelium grow boxes are okay.

Mimosa hostilis root bark and all the ingredients for ayahuasca are legal to buy as well. Although I haven't tried any of that in a while - it's good to know I could (I even have a whole aya preparation in my drawer just in case).

Nothing of the above is legal for consumption in Germany, but as long as I can buy it somehow legally, that's good enough for me!

Well if you were to quietly set it up without telling too many people I guess it would be okay. But as soon as too many people knew, then you'd probably be visited by the US Air Force

Does anyone really have jurisdiction over international waters? Also, as long as I didn't kill anyone would they really care if I set up a website and a few newspapers ran some stories? I'd hope that the U.S. has better things to do (though I wouldn't doubt it).

If there is no jurisdiction, you got bigger problems. They could just go in for the kill soon as they find out what you are doing.

That's what I think.... As soon as you are not a citizen, but a foreign country (but a very very small and weak one with no lobby) they wouldn't hesitate to tell the world that you are some kind of criminal who tortures people and develops nuclear weapons. Let your imagination go wild - they'd do it all! ...and then attack you...

...but only if you were posing some kind of "threat" to the US or Europe (like if you were advertising in the US for spring break holidays with all free drugs or something). If you were to just relax in your drug paradise, inviting only friends and family, then I guess you could be doing your thing without troubles.

when i was in indonesia i met a guy who owned an island out of the sumatran coast and he did set up a tourist village and once i caught him with a joint...one thing led to another...three days later he showed me his plantation on the rural side of the island he also had mushrooms growing wild in the forest. the guy was about 60y.o. and told me that the biggest fans of the place were surfers and that allowed him to keep going with the business ...of course the other tourists, nor the government, had no idea what was going on ^^
