Im sure this has been asked, but I couldnt find a relevant thread after a quick search. So please bear with me.
I have the opportunity to participate in a ceremony, and would like to, but I have never used a psychedelic. I have heard differing stories on whether that is recommended. Could you pass along some advice?
Are you talking about a proper ceremony guided by experienced shamans or some kind of home-job?
If you are new to psychedelics I strongly recommend that you only participate in an ayahuasca ceremony guided by experienced people.
I strongly agree with Jamapricotica! You dont have to be experienced with psychedelics to drink ayahuasca, but be sure to do it with a proper shaman in a nice environment.
I suggest you to have a look at the DMT-Nexus forum, there you'll find tons of information about health and safety, set and setting, etc.
