The problem is that the leaves have to be very fresh to be good. If the leaves are more than 48 hours old they are probably worse than ephedra while if they're fresh I heard they are like amphetamines

If temperature falls to10C plant is going to die so you cant grow this in Germany only if you make little green house.Small tree is about 35€.Cath plant usualiy is found in northen non desert Africa

I heard that in Tilburg they started to sell the stuff...
But they have Khat at Azarius (not the fresh leaves though...)

But I also think it would be better to get a cutting or some seeds.
Growing your own bonds you with the plant and the substance...

I've never tried it though, but I've been interested in it for a long time, so I also would like to get my hands on it.

The most cheapest is buy khat fresh start trees for planting, on some Australan sites you can find all that I already describe for australian khat.
