Canadian PM Says Weed is Worse Than Ciggies?

The Canadian PM recently claimed that weed is worse than tobacco. Obviously, science is not on the same page as this guy but my question is: do you think he really believes it? Or is he playing dumb for votes? I don't know why he thinks this would put him in a positive light.

Commercial Tobacco and commercial weed?
Or in its Original form?
They add chemicals to Tobacco these days to make them extra addictive.
And god knows what commercial growers add to cannabis.

I think our body is constructed in different ways and we should look in our genes what is damaging or not. I know smokers that never get lungcancer and I know families where they all get it.

That smoking is bad for your health is Obviously true!
But what about eating cannabis? What does this do to your body?
Is it beneficial or damaging?
