Best way to grow shrooms

Is there the best and the most sure way how to make shrooms from spores with eather grain or poo? I have boath of them. I already ask this but maybe not everyone have seen this. Every GOOD link is nice or personaly experience. I today have recieved two spores:

1one is 'Oak Ridge 16 MAR 2007 -first gen

It is a cubensis . Oak Ridge is ware the shroom was found. Found this strain growing wild, 5 miles west of Y12 nuclear weapons complex, in Oak Ridge, Tennessee 37830 USA, growing gregariously and singular in equine dung and surrounding enriched soils. Oak Ridge, TN 37830 USA, is where the atom bombs were built that "ended" world war II. "the secret city"
