this is the way you can check if a drug is a controlled substance or not (can be really handfull for those of you who are into designer drugs):

1- go to 'www.juridat.be'

2- choose language

3- go for 'legislation belge'/'belgische wetgeving'

4- again 'legislation belge'/'belgische wetgeving'

5- here you got a search tool: search for the 'arreté royal'/'koninklijk besluit' of 22th of januari 1998 called 'Arrêté royal réglementant certaines substances psychotropes, et relatif à la réduction des risques et à l'avis thérapeutique'/'Koninklijk besluit tot houdende regeling van sommige psychotrope stoffen en betreffende risicobeperking en therapeutisch advies'
