Ayahuasca first time, tips?

From what I have read, after the plant SEEDS the DMT goes down. AKA it gets rid of its dmt somehow throughout the whole plant (this didn't make sense to me since the seeds dont have alot of alkaloids) however, this wasn't specified. I am not aware of what part of the plant has the highest alkaloid...

Look, in Argentina is summer now. OK, late spring. Here opposite. And outside temperature is below 0°C trough late night and morning and 10-15°C at noon to late afternoon. Phalarisa doesn't contain chlorophyll anymore or have it but very little, so plant looks like dry plant just like I sad before.

What U think can this be good enough? Good in DMT containing plant way?
What have U used, how many, was it dry or "wet-fresh", (anything else) with NN-DMT containing plants? How much of N,N-DMT have U leeched out with extraction program from them? U have used Naptha extraction way?
