I'm a bit late on this thread, but I just wanted to say again (like on any other thread on nightshades) that I think they are very very dangerous and not to be taken by "normal" psychonauts.
I mean, if you are a full time shaman and you live in the jungle and you talk with spirits all day long, and your whole purpose of life is to communicate with the other worlds, then probably nightshades are another possibility for you to go further into the unknown realms. In that case it doesn't matter if you fully come back because you make a living from communicating with spirits and such.
BUT, if you intend to live the rest of your life in the "real" world, and have normal conversation with normal people, and earn your living with normal jobs, then taking nightshades can be very very damaging to your life...
I like to compare it with something like: you can go sky-diving if you like. It's a little risky, but everyone can do it. BUT, you don't want to base-jump into a narrow canyon rift. Some people do that, but they are few, and they are totally crazy. Don't do that, stay with the normal sky-diving (that is entheogens like lsd, psilocybin, mescaline...)
