Hey all,

I want to try ayahuasca for the first time tonight and i am wondering what the aftereffects are considering a football match at sunday.
Is it still noticeable at sunday because i don't want my performance to drain. If it's the case, then i'll do aya some other time.

In general its a good idea to have the day after free so you can reflect on what you experienced. You wont be tripping anymore, thats for sure.

Saturday is a free day for me so if i'll try aya tonight i've got enough time to "rest", that i know. But, if i want to play a match at sunday i don't want to be fysically handycapped, i want to use my body for 100%

In general, people feel physically better after an ayahuasca session. Same goes for smoking DMT. Opposed to mushroom where people often dont feel very good the next day (I have personally no problems at all the day after)

Well you have the entire saturday to come down and I can assure you that by sunday, you wont have any physical discomfort because of the aya. Keep in mind tho that metabolism between people vary and you could be the exception of the rule. As I understand, watching your diet before and after the session, will help avoid sickness.

When you take DMT it feels like it belongs , like a comming home , not like the fealing of other psychedelics , like mushrooms or peyote . Your body sees those things as a poisoning . Something that does not belong there . DMT is an endogene (?) chemical = it`s a natural part of you body chemistry , so its very user friendly . There are no bad physical after effects , only good ones . It is a tonic . Some people say a brain vitamin .

But yeah, it deffinately feels like home.
DMT is one of the most strange, but lovely substances and your own body also produces it.
It is said that it aids the soul in entering the physical body.

It doesn't get any more comfortable then DMT

I know i cant spell but in the part of the world where i live / exist the word is endogene . I have never heard the word endogenous before . Anyway i used it thinking it means that it is a natural part of the body , thats why i wrote the question mark . I was not 100% sure . In german endogene means " korpereigene" . Anyway life is not about words but about comunication .

Agreed, untill you remove the psilocybin from the toxic mushroomflesh, then it becomes almost as home as DMT imo. I mean, I always experience a high level of body discomfort when I do mushroom, probably because of the dose but thats not the psilocybin. When you do an alcohol extraction for example, you can easily take a psiocybin dose up to the equivalent of 100 grams fresh mushrooms and experience NO stomach discomfort at all

Not sure if the same goes for mescaline, I dont have personal experience with that.

Did you think i wasnt paying attention ??? ( Ha , Ha , HA !!! ) I thought that we were still out on that one ??? I accept that people sometimes feel sick , i dont like it either , the feeling of having a belly full of slimy worms is shity . I accept that the feeling does not come from the psilocybin . I am not realy sure if we can diferentiate between if its toxic or just uncomfortable . = Is uncomfortable toxic ? I`ve got that pined on my notice board , i will not forget it . I claimed that Psilocybin mushrooms are not toxic and i have not proven it . YET .

Yes , good point . One should not be petty . It`s a bit like in the supermarket when they say "Have a nice DAAAY" i always say "Have a nice LIIIFE" . Wishing the police/state prosecuter/judge A ( = 1 ) good day after being in court , for a sarcastic bastard like me means , i hope they die in pain tomorow !!!
