in my opinion, this guys is a little bit harsh on sugars, and while things like sucrose and high-fructose corn syrups should probably be avoided, if fruits are balanced out with things like nuts and greens (for re-normalizing any nutrients that may be thrown off or depleted by fructose or glucose), then they offer another useful and powerful aspect to foods that can't just be written off by saying "avoid all sugars"

idk, he just seems a bit negative is all, but the information gave me some good insights. for instance, why granola bars generally have some kind of fruit paired with them. (grains/nuts to counter calcium and magnesium depletion from digesting fructose)
