i think if we falsely identify ourselves with the transient appearances of our bodies and minds or so, the result can often be war... and the ego-fashion tries to hide that and to distract us from what's really going on...

i heard that "real" change has to come from within and it makes sense to me. and i think hypnosis can be countered with hypnosis as well... or "dehpynosis"...

the matrix is really real... in some sense or so...
maybe the question is: how real is it for you???
