    why don't u check the web for free spore ring in europe and after few attempts and good results buy syringe or print.That way u wont be angry if u screw your first culture.A lot of growers suggest to start with the simple mind techs like Pf and jars.

    Ohhh man that pressure cooker is so hot i so want to have one of these,mine is an old seb without pressure meter,but i never had problems with sprouted grains and contamination.I check the heat by putting some water on the top,if it vaporize quick,than im ready to measure the time left.
