. I ingested maybe 10-13 grams of mg seeds, I ground em in a coffee grinder and then took a cup of chocolate chip mint ice cream and blendered it, mixed the 2 together and walah.As for the taste with the icecream it was quite bearable and enjoying, of course I did have cotton mouth at the time...
