    Get a hobby like becoming a break dancer or anything that requires immense concentration then do it whenever you get a craving. Also reward yourself for the one week hurdle one month one year. That really works i bought a watch.

    fingerprints are basically the grease that your fingers leave behind so any sort of non grease gripping product would work such as silicone but make sure to wipe it afterwards otherwise th fingerprint will remain intact but i would have thought glove would be more useful for your sanitary needs...

    I managed this first time when you put the jar in make sure the water is at least 1/5 of the way below the top of the jar. Had a hole in the top and had no problem. Also a little bit of moisture is no problem unless its a pool at the bottom of the jar. The inoculation holes better be at the top...
